1、粗濾
粗濾(lv)(lv)(lv):指機械過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv),去除水中的(de)懸(xuan)浮物,膠體、濁度、色度、異味等。主要過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)方(fang)式有(you)澄清(qing)池、快濾(lv)(lv)(lv)池、砂濾(lv)(lv)(lv)池、砂濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器、多介質過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器、活(huo)性(xing)碳過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器、盤式過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器、高效纖維過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器等。
2、精濾
精濾(lv)(lv):用特(te)殊(shu)材(cai)料(liao)制成的濾(lv)(lv)膜(mo),過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)精度較高。常見的為微濾(lv)(lv)膜(mo)和濾(lv)(lv)芯過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)。
3、超過濾
超過(guo)濾:是一(yi)種膜過(guo)濾,去除大(da)分子和膠體、細菌(jun)等。過(guo)濾精度高,常見的是超濾膜。
4、反滲透
反(fan)滲(shen)透:反(fan)滲(shen)透簡稱RO,其原(yuan)理是原(yuan)水在高壓力的作(zuo)用下通過反(fan)滲(shen)透膜,水中的溶劑(ji)由高濃度向低濃度擴(kuo)散從而(er)達到分離、提純、濃縮的目的,由于它同自(zi)然界(jie)的滲(shen)透方向相(xiang)反(fan)。
5、離子交換
水(shui)(shui)中各種無機(ji)鹽(yan)類電離(li)(li)(li)(li)生成陽、陰離(li)(li)(li)(li)子(zi)(zi),經過(guo)氫(qing)型離(li)(li)(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)交(jiao)換劑層(ceng)(ceng)時(shi),水(shui)(shui)中的(de)(de)陽離(li)(li)(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)被氫(qing)離(li)(li)(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)所取代,即(ji)陽床(chuang)(chuang)的(de)(de)除鹽(yan)原理(li);經過(guo)OH-型離(li)(li)(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)交(jiao)換劑層(ceng)(ceng)時(shi),水(shui)(shui)中的(de)(de)陰離(li)(li)(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)被OH-離(li)(li)(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)所取代,即(ji)陰床(chuang)(chuang)的(de)(de)除鹽(yan)原理(li)。混床(chuang)(chuang)是(shi)陽、陰離(li)(li)(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)交(jiao)換樹(shu)脂(zhi)按(an)一(yi)定比例混合(he)裝(zhuang)填于同一(yi)交(jiao)換柱內(nei)的(de)(de)離(li)(li)(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)交(jiao)換裝(zhuang)置。
6、EDI
EDI:是電(dian)滲析和離(li)子交(jiao)換(huan)結合的除鹽新工藝,取電(dian)滲析和混床離(li)子交(jiao)換(huan)之長,利用(yong)離(li)子交(jiao)換(huan)做深度處理,不用(yong)藥劑再生(sheng),用(yong)電(dian)離(li)產生(sheng)H+和OH-,達到再生(sheng)樹脂(zhi)的目的。

碳鋼管:用于原水(shui)進(jin)水(shui)管路。

純水的各種用途
純(chun)水(shui)(shui)和(he)超(chao)純(chun)水(shui)(shui)廣泛用于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)(chang)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)、醫(yi)藥(yao)(yao)、化工(gong)(gong)行業,通過(guo)各種膜的(de)過(guo)濾或(huo)離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)交(jiao)換作用,將水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)有(you)(you)害離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)去除。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)(chang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)(chang)多(duo)用的(de)脫(tuo)鹽(yan)(yan)水(shui)(shui),其(qi)脫(tuo)鹽(yan)(yan)水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)質(zhi)的(de)主要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)指標為:硬度約(yue)等于零,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)率≤0.2μs.cm,SiO2≤20ppb。化工(gong)(gong)廠(chang)(chang)(chang)化工(gong)(gong)用水(shui)(shui)多(duo)種多(duo)樣,通常(chang)(chang)水(shui)(shui)質(zhi)不會比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)(chang)水(shui)(shui)質(zhi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)高(gao)(gao),但(dan)可能(neng)會對(dui)(dui)某些離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)有(you)(you)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),所以(yi)常(chang)(chang)用一級(ji)或(huo)二(er)級(ji)反(fan)滲透工(gong)(gong)藝。出水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)質(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)為5~10μs.cm以(yi)上(shang)。如有(you)(you)更(geng)高(gao)(gao)的(de)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)則后(hou)(hou)面加(jia)混(hun)床或(huo)EDI。醫(yi)藥(yao)(yao)醫(yi)藥(yao)(yao)用水(shui)(shui)多(duo)對(dui)(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)和(he)細菌(jun)(jun)作要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),對(dui)(dui)系統所用材(cai)(cai)料(liao)材(cai)(cai)質(zhi)有(you)(you)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),多(duo)選用不銹鋼產品。通常(chang)(chang)純(chun)水(shui)(shui)后(hou)(hou)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)加(jia)殺(sha)菌(jun)(jun)消毒(du)裝置(zhi)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)行業電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)行業對(dui)(dui)水(shui)(shui)的(de)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)是最高(gao)(gao)的(de),多(duo)數電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)用水(shui)(shui)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)達(da)到(dao)18兆。對(dui)(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻率的(de)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)只是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)用水(shui)(shui)的(de)一小部分,它對(dui)(dui)其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)很多(duo)離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)都(dou)有(you)(you)較高(gao)(gao)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),所以(yi)對(dui)(dui)安裝材(cai)(cai)料(liao)及(ji)管道有(you)(you)特殊要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)。選用工(gong)(gong)藝也(ye)是最復雜的(de)。通常(chang)(chang)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)在EDI后(hou)(hou)加(jia)拋光混(hun)床及(ji)超(chao)濾、殺(sha)菌(jun)(jun)、氮封水(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)等裝置(zhi),造價也(ye)很高(gao)(gao)。

1、要(yao)求產水電導(dao)率10~20μs/cm
要求(qiu)產水(shui)電導率10~20μs/cm,采用RO預處理+一級(ji)反滲透(化工(gong))
2、產水電導率2~9μs/cm
產(chan)水電導率2~9μs/cm,采用(yong)RO預處理+二級反滲透(醫(yi)藥(yao)、化工)或采用(yong)RO預處理+軟(ruan)化+一級反滲透+EDI(醫(yi)藥(yao)、化工)
3、產(chan)水電(dian)導率(lv)小于0.2~2μs/cm
產水電導率小于0.2~2μs/cm,采用RO預處理+一級(ji)反滲透+混(hun)床
4、產水(shui)電阻5~13 MΩ.CM
產水電阻5~13 MΩ.CM,采用R0預處理+軟化+一(yi)級反滲透+EDI
或采用RO預處理+二級反(fan)滲透(tou)+EDI(醫藥(yao)、化工、電子、發電)
5、產水電阻13~17 MΩ.CM
